About the Journal

The International Journal of Computer Science and Engineering (IJCSE) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research in computer science and engineering. The journal welcomes original research, reviews, and application-driven studies in areas such as artificial intelligence, software engineering, computer networks, cybersecurity, data science, computer vision, and distributed/cloud/edge computing.

Peer Review Process
All submissions are first screened by the editors for scope, quality, and research ethics. Suitable manuscripts are reviewed by at least two independent reviewers using a double-blind peer-review process. Editorial decisions are based on originality, technical soundness, clarity, and contribution to the field.

Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content to support the global exchange of knowledge. Readers can access article abstracts and PDF without a login.

Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) License.

Publication Frequency
Online-first publication. Issues are released (Quarterly / Biannual) depending on the editorial plan.
