With the development of science and technology, the application of AI (artificial intelligence) in the field of architecture has attracted much attention. This article focuses on the method of building scheme generation and optimization driven by AI. This article reveals the core mechanism of AI by analyzing its operating principles, strategies, advantages and challenges in the generation and optimization of architectural schemes. With its efficient data processing ability, AI can quickly generate multiple schemes, and optimize the schemes from the aspects of function, spatial layout, aesthetics and environment, which has obvious advantages in efficiency, innovation, accuracy and integration. However, its application faces many challenges, such as data quality, model limitations, ethical laws and industry acceptance. This article aims to provide reference for the intelligent development of architectural design industry, help the rational use of AI technology in the field of architectural design, solve practical design problems, and promote industry reform and innovation.
